Our standard policies for deliveries:
Regular business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Delivery at other times are available at the After Hours rate.
Dry runs are priced as “Regulars” for the specified area.
Hour Messenger cannot guarantee same day service for “Economies” requested after 10 a.m., or “Regulars” requested after 1:00 p.m.
There is a 50% surcharge on deliveries called in at 3:00 p.m., or later, for same day final mile lightning-fast hot shot delivery.
