I just wanted to send out this email to you to let you know of the kind-hearted act of one of your drivers. I apologize for not knowing his name, but he is Driver #1, the fellow with the shades that comes through our door from time to time, lol. He always comes through our doors with a great attitude, always acknowledges me, and is friendly as ever. He makes sure before he leaves that he understands full well of his delivery responsibilities and even offers his help/input when need be.

It was only right for me to send you this letter after Driver #1 stopped by our office today to bring me a Thank You gift for returning his cell phone after he lost/left it behind earlier in the week.
